The mission of Inverness Research Associates is to provide insight into the design, quality and effectiveness of educational improvement initiatives.

They have long acted as strategic advisers and evaluators to MARS. Led by Mark St. John, the principal members of their Toolkit team are Pam Tambe and Mary Regan.
