Summary

This strategy focuses on providing teachers with a set of resources, experiences, and tools that can broaden the range of tasks they use to give students opportunities to show what they know and what they can do. The resources provide guidance to teachers on using and managing the assessments in their own classrooms. Additionally, they provide analyses of student work to help guide teachersí thinking about their own studentsí understandings. This strategy uses high-quality tasks to exemplify the expectations in Tool Principles and Standards for School Mathematics.
